Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp Saccharo® Sweetener
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh berries or fruit for topping (optional)
Method
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, Saccharo® Sweetener, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.
- Stir in chia seeds and mix well.
- Let sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with fresh fruit before serving.
